Frost Bank Director of Digital Services in San Antonio, Texas

As aDirector of Digital Serviceswith Frost, you will be responsible for leading the vision, implementation, and continual care of Frost's digital products and experiences. Responsibilities will include advancing Frost's digital strategy, rapidly evolving practices to meet customer needs; ensuring that industry leading customer satisfaction and engagement is maintained and communicating this strategy throughout all levels of the organization; leading agile teams that are responsible for the development of Frost's digital products and experiences; working to ensure that leaders in the digital organization are successful and have the tools they need to achieve company goals; creating and modeling a department culture that encourages continuous learning, constant improvement, excellent design, entrepreneurship, innovation, and agility; prioritizing and setting the levels of investment for projects and initiatives within the digital area; garnering support for these investments, showing how they will positively impact the company and our customers; communicating and collaborating with leaders in technology, marketing and other lines of business; acting as a steward and representative for digital operations, ensuring mindfulness of how digital products impact fraud and risk mitigation, vendor relationships, legalities, compliance, and customer care; spreading awareness across the enterprise about how innovative practices, out of the box thinking, and continual improvement help our professional and personal communities; and ensuring that internal controls are in place and functioning properly. The candidate will provide guidance and oversight to multiple development teams, inspiring the creation of excellent digital solutions that improve customer experiences, increase revenue, and reduce costs.


  • 10 years experience in product management, customer experience management, software engineering, and/or cross-functional leadership

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Experience in leading a team with outstanding performance and high employee engagement

  • Experience with Agile, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking

  • Proven strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation

  • Experience with introducing new and innovative technologies to the workplace

  • High degree of familiarity with technology and digital products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft computer applications
