Kforce Sales Solution Representative in Plano, Texas

Kforce has a client near the Plano, Texas (TX) area seeking a Sales Solution Representative.Summary: This individual will be assisting Account Executives and responsibilities include: quoting, ordering, managing accounts, managing mailbox and calls, generating reports and orders. The CSR will be the "go-to" for pre-sales support functions, pre-qualification of accounts, pricing, research and product information.Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with Customers, partners, and other internal employees to solve issues for sale's requirements

  • Following up on client calls and emails to ensure orders are placed, accurate, fulfilled, and shipped in a timely manner (keeping good communication with the sale's team)

  • Preparing, managing, and submitting sales quotes accurately

  • Research technical information on product requests

  • Managing pricing on contract module and working with vendors on special bid pricing-ensuring compliance to every order before released

  • Assisting with special projects for clients and sale's team, providing reporting, and preparing new client sold-to, bill-to, ship-to, as well as ad hoc status updates

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2-6 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1-2 years previous experience in selling computer technology and IT products / services

  • Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to form relationships and develop trust with clients

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
