Job Description

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Recruitment/Customer Service/Administrative support role

Ability to multitask and have good attention to detail

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Expert computer knowledge

HR experience helpful but not required

The Recruitment Administrator duties are as follows:

  • Conducting preliminary screening of applicants

  • Processing applicant paperwork and administering testing

  • Assist with final hiring forms and processing of new hires

  • Filing

  • Answer telephone, take messages, transfer calls

  • Prepare time cards for payroll center processing

  • Participate in recruiting activities as assigned

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
