What you’ll be doing...
The Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) team is responsible for securing access to our company's assets and information by leveraging technology, innovation and best practices. We aim to create a secure and compliant eco-system for the organization that fosters excellence and a customer-first focus while being responsive and effective.
As a Security Risk Analyst you’ll be joining the Accounting and Governance team. You will be responsible for working on:
Responses to internal and external audits.
Requests for identity and access management data.
Quarterly and annual user access reviews and attestations.
Adoption of enterprise security systems and tools for improved security posture across the enterprise, and various security initiatives from a risk management perspective.
This position will require understanding current policies, processes and procedures, and may require gap and impact analysis, process re-engineering and/or optimization and other tasks to meet the needs of emerging technology and end users from a security and compliance point of view.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Security or Computer Science or 4 or more years of work experience.
4 or more years ofInformation Technology and/orInformation Security experience.
CISA or CISSP certification (or willingness to obtainwithin 1 yearof start date)
Knowledge of security frameworks, organizations, industry standards and guidelines relevant to security and compliance like NIST CSF, SOX, PCI, GDPR, FISMA.
Familiarity with technical infrastructure concepts (server, network, databases, disaster recovery, DevOps, cloud).
Strong program/project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills; experience with executive briefs.
Even better if you have:
Master's degree in Information Security or Computer Science.
5+ years of Information Security experience.
1+ year of audit or regulatory experience (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, FISMA).
Ability to work Independently.
Natural collaborator; ability to use team work to drive project success.
Experience with data mining, business intelligence/analytical skills.
Familiarity with and interest in learning about emerging technologies like process automation, block-chain, AI/ML.
Ability to participate in and, if necessary, lead cross-functional project team.
