Support Accenture and client leadership through advanced analytical skills, with applications in designing performance measurement and reporting tools, capacity planning, business process design re-engineering, cost management and financial forecasting.
Deliver insight driven outcomes at scale to help our company & clients improve performance
Capabilities range from accessing and reporting on data to advanced modeling, forecasting, and sophisticated statistical analysis
Work closely with business leaders to understand needs and assist with architecting and deploying innovative solutions
Work closely with account’s Analytics, Operational Strategy, Business Excellence, Innovation & Technology teams to develop new automation opportunities and “as a service” models
Connect with broader firm’s analytics teams (external to account) and their corresponding efforts in delivering original Health Insights, inclusive of but not limited to: Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Business Excellence Teams
Operate at the frontier of innovative analytics; introduce and implement newest market developments & trends in analytics
Proactively monitor and analyze complex systems to understand, diagnose, and continuously improve key performance indicators
Build, deploy, maintain and scale advanced analytic solutions that reduce complexity and cost
Design and develop reusable analytical assets using advanced statistical and computational methods
Optimize Resources processes and integrate across the enterprise to maximize the opportunities of data, analytics, and outcomes
Develop and Maintain Operational and Financial Management Forecast and track the portfolio of projects and functions; Design appropriate management reports/scorecards that articulate financial results and highlight inefficiencies
Project-based analytics including but not limited to: Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Comparative Effectiveness Analysis, Failure Analysis, Big Data Analytics
- Given a problem statement:
Determine data and information needed to address root cause of problem and/or data needed to solution accordingly
Once data needs are identified, determine: what data is available, where it is stored and how it can be accessed. In instances where desired data is not obtainable, design alternative approaches to obtaining the necessary information
Query Data (using: SQL, Business Objects, Internal Accenture Applications)
Scrub & Mine Data
Analyze Data, Interpret & Present Results
Keen abilities for maintaining awareness of “Big Picture” and end-user needs, applying existing knowledge to new problems, advancing solutions through application of analysis.
Ability to how work with large data sets, perform statistical analysis, interpret complex analytical results.
Fundamental understanding of business process design and operational strategy
Ability to Identify critical information needed for effective decision making, with further capabilities in translating information into action to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency and competitive advantage.
Creative and independent thinker
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of Analytics experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Business
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Analytics and/or Operations Delivery
Experience working with large data sets
High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in SQL, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI and R.
Project Management Experience

Good financial acumen and financial analysis and diagnosis skills
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
