Baylor Scott & White Health Research Enrollment Analyst II in Dallas, Texas
The Research Enrollment Analyst II is responsible for working with Investigators to initiate and enroll participants in research projects. The Research Enrollment Analyst II communicates with research participants; screens potential research participants, document the consent process, enter new research participants into a database and updates existing databases. The Research Enrollment Analyst II attends research meetings, reads assigned literature, and is able to prepare presentations on the assigned project at the request of the Investigator. The Research Enrollment Analyst II assists research physicians with study proposal development including creating budgets for new clinical trials, and helping to ensure that appropriate billing and charging mechanisms are in place for research charges. The Research Enrollment Analyst II prepares documentation for the principal investigator that ensures compliance with the regulations and submissions required for current research projects. The Research Enrollment Analyst collaborates with the principle investigator to establish and implement data collection procedures and protocols. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills including Microsoft office and database experience, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, ability to manage time sensitive projects and attention to detail.
