TAD PGS INC Bilingual Call Center Representative in Texas

TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking Bi-lingual Call Center Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in Alamo Heights, TX. Job Summary: This position provides customer service in a contact center in support for the government. Essential Job Duties: Navigate to the appropriate pre-scripted responses which CSR must read verbatim to provide basic general and claims-specific information Utilize standard technology such as telephone, email, and web browser to complete work tasks Complete basic call-related input in computer terminal to phone inquiries such as clicking buttons to confirm answers Assist callers Refer escalated calls as needed to supervisor Education and Experience Requirements Must be US citizens per federal contractual obligations High School Diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to speak and read English and Spanish clearly, professionally, and fluently required At least one (1) year of call center experience required Ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) Ability to comply with moderate computer usage Ability to work nights and weekends, as well as overtime and/or holidays as needed Experience with and/or ability to use call center telephony equipment
