ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist HRD in the data entry and filing of personnel documents timely and accurately. 1. Provides general clerical support to HRD. 2. Assists in data entry of documents in Human Resources Information System (KRONOS) and verifies accuracy and validity of data entered into the system. 3. Assists in processing purchase orders for advertising vacant positions. 4. Assists HRD to set up interviews for qualified candidates. 5. Assists with record keeping and clerical needs for the HRD. 6. Compiles reports from existing personnel data as requested. 7. Assists with quarterly audit of personnel files The above statements are not a complete list of roles and responsibilities. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: 1. High School Diploma or GED 2. One (1) year experience as a data entry clerk, preferably in a Human Resources setting. 3. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: 1. One (1) year of office management experience 2. Bilingual English and Spanish 3. Associate Degree in Business, Management, or Computer Information Systems 4. HR Management Certificate ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS Be able to maintain confidentiality. Be able to multitask. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
